Eligibility

This survey is open to those who participated in the following City of Toronto registered activities in 2026:

  • Summer recreation activities
  • CampTO, CampTO Explore and CampTO Plus
  • After-School Recreation Care for the 2025/2026 school year

  • The survey takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
  • The survey closes on September 13 at 11:59 p.m.
