The City is developing an Action Plan to guide the long-term renewal of Bluffer's Park, a signature waterfront destination in Scarborough. The plan will coordinate existing planned and approved work in the park as well as identify additional environmental and physical improvements to enhance the park's visitor experience.
Help shape these improvements including access, recreation, wayfinding, play, cultural and natural heritage, and Indigenous significance by answering the survey questions and using the interactive map to share what's working, what's not, and your ideas for improvement.
The activity is open for feedback until November 1, 2026.
