The City is studying the area surrounding Glencairn Subway Station and Marlee Avenue to guide future growth, meet provincial density requirements, and identify the investments needed in community infrastructure and services to support a connected and complete neighbourhood. At this meeting, residents will receive a progress update on the study to date, including an overview of the vision and guiding principles. Participants will explore two emerging options for shaping the location of new housing and jobs in the area and will have the opportunity to provide feedback on neighbourhood improvements needed to create a more connected and complete community. This consultation is part of Phase 2 of the Growing Marlee-Glencairn Study, and the ideas to be presented are built on feedback shared by community members over the past year.
