Cliffcrest – Scarborough Village Neighbourhood Character Study & Guidelines Open House 2

The City of Toronto’s Urban Design (City Planning) and Community Planning (Development Review) staff have prepared draft guidelines for the Cliffcrest-Scarborough Village Neighbourhood Character Study and Guidelines project, incorporating community input from the Open House held on April 20, 2026 and through walking tours and working group meetings.

The development of the guidelines with the community was directed by the adopted Council motion 2025.MM29.27, Preservation of Architectural Character in the Cliffcrest Community.

The second Open House will include a presentation by City staff at 7:30pm. City Staff will be presenting the work done to-date, community feedback received and the key components of the draft guidelines. Staff will be seeking feedback from the community to inform the final guidelines.

Join us at the open house meeting where you can view information panels, provide comments, ask questions, and speak with the project team.
