The Don Mills Regeneration Area Study will set out a new vision for certain lands in the area, to guide redevelopment as they evolve from employment uses to new mixed-use communities. The properties under study include 1121-1123 Leslie Street, 39 Wynford Drive, 15 Gervais Drive and 1200 Eglinton Avenue East. At this open house, attendees will have an opportunity to view and comment on draft policy directions coming from the current stage of the study.
