The City of Toronto’s Development Review and City Planning Divisions are undertaking a study to update the existing Avenue Study and plan for future growth along the Kingston Road/Guildwood GO station corridor as shown on the map below. The study will result in an updated planning framework with a focus on built form and the public realm. The Community Consultation Meeting (CCM) will have an open house format with the purpose of being both an information session, as well as an opportunity for residents and the general public to provide initial feedback to City staff. Join us at the community consultation meeting where you can view information panels, provide comments, ask questions, and speak with the project team. Please note there will be no presentations at this first Community Consultation Meeting.
