Zoning for Major Transit Station Areas

Last summer, the Province approved new policies that allow more housing to be built near 120 major transit stations -- areas within about a 10-minute walk of subway, GO and LRT stations. Now, the City is working to update zoning to put those policies into action. This means setting clear rules for building height, density and where new housing can go, while making sure new development fits into existing neighbourhoods and supports complete, connected communities. We want to hear from you. Please come to this online Town Hall to learn what’s changing and share feedback. This meeting is being hosted by Gladki Planning Associates on behalf of the City of Toronto.
