The City is developing an Ice Facilities Strategy, a long-term plan to maximize use and guide future investment in both indoor and outdoor ice facilities where residents skate, play hockey, curl and more. Take the Phase 2 online survey to review and share your feedback on proposed Ice Facilities Strategy actions and help shape the final Strategy. The survey is available in English, French, Spanish, Bengali, Filipino, Hindi, Tamil and Chinese until January 25, 2026.

The City is currently reviewing key components of the Apartment Building Standards Program and is seeking input from tenants, tenant advocates and building owners/operators of RentSafeTO-registered buildings. An online survey is gathering feedback on how the program’s building scoring system and a proposed colour-coded signage system can better support tenants, improve building maintenance and compliance, and make information clearer for the public.

The City is collecting feedback on the 10-year (2026-2036) Reduction and Diversion Plan, which includes proposed actions the City is considering to increase waste diversion, reduction and reuse through policies, programs and education.
