An Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted to amend Official Plan Amendment 681 and By-law No. 922-2023 to permit a 30-storey mixed-use tall building which includes commercial and residential uses, 97 vehicle parking spaces and 274 bicycle parking spaces.
