1020 McNicoll Avenue

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 9-storey long-term care home with approximately 512 beds on the southern portion of the site at 1020 McNicoll Avenue, while retaining the existing building on the northern portion of the site. The applicant intends to submit a severance application under a separate process that intends to sever the vacant southern portion of the site, which is the subject of the zoning application, from the existing building on the north portion of the site. The application proposes the following: Height: 9 Storeys Number of Beds: 512 Parking Spaces: 67 including 6 accessible spaces; 78 bike parking.
