1075 Bay Street

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a mixed-use building at 1075 Bay Street.

The application proposes the following:

Height: 62 Storeys
Number of Dwelling Units: 738
Parking Spaces: 168 (55 visitor parking, 747 bike parking)

The application also proposes to not replace the required 12,100 m2 of non-residential space and instead proposes 705 m2. A 265 m2 privately owned public space is proposed on the southeast side of the site.
