Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications to facilitate the construction of a C shaped residential building with a 14-storey building element to the north and a 16 storey element to the south connected by a five storey podium including 313 residential units and approximately 630 square metres of non-residential space on the ground floor. A total of 363 bicycle and 213 vehicle parking spaces are proposed.
