This application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit 4 mixed-use buildings ranging in height from 34 to 59 storeys and a 1-storey servicing/retail pavillion. The proposed development consists of 1,907 residential units and 941 vehicle parking spaces. Further, the total gross floor area is 129,807 square metres, including 6,432 square metres of retail.
