1439 Bloor Street West

The application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 33 - storey mixed-use building with 379 residential dwelling units, 985 m2 of non-res retail GFA, 128 car and 417 bike parking spaces.

The application includes 387 square metres of land to be conveyed to the City to support the widening of Perth Avenue and establish a new connection to the West Toronto Railpath.
