1450 and 1500 O'Connor Drive

The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit four mixed-use buildings with building heights that would range from 14 to 29 storeys with retail and commercial uses at grade, and 916 residential dwelling units (78,849 square metres of total GFA).
