15-25 Poyntz Avenue

An Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application has been made to the City for the lands municipally known as 15-25 Poyntz Avenue. The proposal is seeking to permit a 51-storey tall building, containing 604 residential units on the subject lands. The proposal has a total gross floor area of 38,462 square metres, of which 206 square metres is dedicated to non-residential uses, and a density of 20.9 times the area of the lands. The proposal includes 3 levels of below-grade parking, containing 80 vehicular parking spaces and 454 bicycle parking spaces. The proposal also includes an onsite parkland dedication, and a 104 square metre private owned public space ('POPS').
