An Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted to permit an 11-storey mixed-use building with a height of 35.95 metres (plus a 5.5 metre mechanical penthouse). The proposed building will include approximately 1,127 square metres of retail space and 16,261 square metres of residential gross floor area, including 216 dwelling units, as well as one level of underground parking.
