1747-1755, 1771 & 1773 Jane Street

The application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit two 12-storey infill mixed-use buildings at 1747-1755, 1771, and 1773 Jane Street with 248 new residential dwelling units, 867m2 of new non-residential GFA, 158 new car parking spaces and 187 bike parking spaces. The existing 14-storey rental mixed-use building on the site will be retained. A related Rental Housing Demolition application will be reviewed concurrently with the Zoning By-law Amendment Application to permit the demolition of 3 rental dwelling units.
