The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an Official Plan Amendment application to make a technical amendment to Official Plan Amendment 775 (OPA 775) to remove the requirement for a Draft Plan of Subdivision for the southern portion of those lands that front along Sheppard Avenue East. The requirement for a Draft Plan of Subdivision is from OPA 775 which also permits a multi-phased redevelopment of the site.
