An Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a 45-storey mixed-use building with approximately 37,555 square metres of residential gross floor area (including 408 new affordable units) and 1,355 square metres of non-residential gross floor area. The proposal also includes on-site heritage conservation. In October 2025, City Council approved a previous Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application (22 150580 STE 11 OZ), permitting a 31-storey mixed-use building. The Toronto and East York Community Council decision is available for review.
