The application proposes to amend Zoning By-law 907-2024 (OLT) to permit an additional 27.3 metres (10 storeys) on both of the previously approved towers, resulting in a total height of 157.8 metres and 178.8 metres (48 and 55 storeys excluding mechanical penthouses), a total gross floor area of 78,725 square metres.
