2 and 90 Bloor Street East

The application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit additional uses to accommodate a Self-Storage Warehouse on floors 2 to 5 within the existing building. Parking and loading will be accessed from Asquith Avenue. The application also proposes improvements to the exterior facade on Bloor Street East. No new development is proposed.
