21 Windermere Avenue (1-154 Swansea Mews) Drop-in Open House

The application proposes an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a mixed use development by Toronto Community Housing Corporation consisting of two buildings of 35 and 20 storeys with 649 affordable housing units, including 154 replacement units. A total of 121 underground vehicular parking spaces is proposed and 716 bicycle parking spaces. A total of 70,063 square metres of residential gross floor area and 1,205 square metres of commercial and flexible community use gross floor area is proposed.
