215 Lake Shore Boulevard East (Phase 2)

The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a multi-tower mixed use development of 70, 60, and 14 storeys with 1,390 residential dwelling units, 347 sq. metres of retail area, 635 car parking spaces and 1,529 bike parking spaces. This application includes 180 affordable housing units, 468 sq. metres of community space, and 2,130 sq. metres of Privately-Owned Publicly-Accessible Open Space (POPS) which includes a mid-block connection between Lake Shore Blvd E and the Chloe Cooley Street.
