The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to maintain the previously approved 21-storey building on the north-east corner of Lawrence Avenue East and Birchmount Road, and to permit three revised mid-rise buildings of 8, 7, and 6-storeys on the remainder of the site. The revised residential development application also proposes an on-site public park along Dulverton Road and a Privately Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS) along Lawrence Avenue East.
