The application proposes the following: Height: 35 Storeys Number of Dwelling Units: 375 Parking Spaces: 139 (12 Visitor Parking, 119 Bike Parking) The application also proposes 477 square metres of non-residential space at-grade and 354 square metres of Privately-Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS).
