235 Wicksteed Avenue - Zoning By-law Amendment Application

The application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit 807.6 square metres of non-residential GFA of a permanent ready-mix concrete batching plant and associated office uses, as well as a 57.2 square metres of temporary portable ready-mix concrete batching plant in the interim. The proposal also included 32 car and 2 bike parking spaces.
