26-36 Mountview Avenue and 21-29 Oakmount Road

The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a residential rental buildings in the form of two towers of 41 storeys and 39 storeys over a shared 6 storey podium at 26-36 Mountview Avenue and 21-29 Oakmount Road. A total of 873 dwelling units (including 11 rental replacement units) and 78 vehicular parking spaces (including 10 visitor parking) and 537 bike parking (including 104 short term and 433 long term spaces) are proposed. A related Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion application will be reviewed concurrently with the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Application to permit the demolition and replacement of 11 rental dwelling units. The application also proposes a Privately Owned Public Space (POPS) along the southern edge of the property.
