Application to amend site-specific zoning by law 1096-2021 to reduce the required gross floor area of the childcare centre and to allow three of the required pickup and drop-off spaces reserved for the childcare centre to be provided off-site. The proposed revisions allow for an improved childcare centre layout and improved functionality while maintaining the same number of childcare spaces.
