The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a residential building at 299 Roehampton Ave. The proposal only seeks to replace the building at 299 Roehampton Avenue. The proposal would retain the existing rental apartment buildings at 305 Roehampton Avenue and 322 Eglinton Avenue East.
