30-40 Huntley Street & 112-124 Isabella Street

The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit two residential buildings, 56 and 60 storeys, with approximately 1,362 purpose-built rental units, including 33 rental replacement units. The project retains portions of the existing listed buildings at 122-124 Isabella Street, 30-32 Huntley Street, and 38-40 Huntley Street. A related Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion application will be reviewed concurrently with the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Application to permit the demolition and replacement of 33 rental dwelling units
