3101 Kennedy Road

The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received applications for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment at 3101 Kennedy Road to redesignate the easterly portion of the subject lands from Core Employment Areas to General Employment Areas, and to rezone the eastern half of the lands to permit a broad range of retail and service commercial uses. The applications would introduce a Site and Area Specific Policy (SASP) applicable to the subject site. The SASP would permit retail and service commercial uses across the entirety of the subject land. The SASP would also prohibit major retail developments of 6,000 square metres or more of gross floor area.
