The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a not-for-profit community centre at 311 Staines Road. The application proposes the following: Height: 2 Storeys Parking Spaces: 114 Accessible Parking: 7 Bicycle Parking: 40 Join us at the community consultation meeting where you can view presentations, provide comments, ask questions, and speak with the project team. The Tamil Community Centre (TCC) will operate the proposed community centre. Phase 1 of the development will include a gym, kitchen, meeting room, multipurpose room, library, children’s play area, walking track, offices, lockers/change rooms, and dance studio. Phase 2 will include an auditorium.
