The application proposes to redevelop the subject site with a 48-storey mixed-use building, which includes the retention and adaptive reuse of the heritage building. The proposal includes a total of 440 dwelling units and approximately 37,026.8 square metres of gross floor area, including 1,453 square metres of community space and 35,573.8 square metres of residential space for a density of 15.31 FSI.
