The application proposes the following: Height: 24 Storeys and 7-storey podium Number of Dwelling Units: 419 Retail Commercial Space: 672 square metres Parking Spaces: 219 Visitor Parking: 26 Bike Parking: 327 Previous community consultation meetings were held on December 8, 2021 and July 10, 2023. The proposal has since been revised to the current 24-storey proposal with additional non-residential uses.
