The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a mixed-use building at 3718 and 3730 Kingston Road. The application proposes the following: Height: 24 Storeys and 7-storey podium Number of Dwelling Units: 419 Retail Commercial Space: 672 square metres Parking Spaces: 219 Visitor Parking: 26 Bike Parking: 327 Previous community consultation meetings were held on December 8, 2021 and July 10, 2023. The proposal has since been revised to the current 24-storey proposal with additional non-residential uses. Join us at the virtual community consultation meeting where you can provide comments, ask questions, and speak with staff prior to the application being considered at a Statutory Meeting at Scarborough Community Council (advertised via separate Notice).
