The City is constructing a municipal shelter, which is a permitted use under the Zoning By-law. An amendment is proposed to accommodate the proposed built form. The proposal includes an addition to the existing building to allow for a shelter with a capacity of up to 60 beds, shelter-supportive services, a parking and loading area, and landscaping along Bloor Street West.
