An Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted to permit three high-rise towers organized into two phases. Phase one consisting of a 42-storey mixed-use building with a 5-storey podium. Phase two consisting of 42 and 39-storey mixed-use buildings which are joined by a 5-storey podium. The proposal provides 1,578 residential units, 425 vehicular parking spaces within a four level underground garage, 592 bicycle parking spaces, 510 square metres of non-residential gross floor area and a 397 square metre POPS.
