Combined Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendment for an 11-storey residential building. The proposed development contains a total gross floor area of 11,198 square metres, with a total number of 163 new dwelling units. The proposed building would connected to the existing 24-storey rental apartment building through a 1-storey podium. Together with the existing building, the proposal will result in a combined unit count of 444 rental residential units. The Official Plan Amendment is required to redesignate the lands from Neighbourhoods to Apartment Neighbourhoods.
