The City of Toronto’s Development Review Division has received an application to permit a 9-storey, long term care (LTC) facility at 60 Guildwood Parkway.

The application proposes the following:

Height: 9 Storeys
Number of Dwelling Units: 512 LTC rooms
Parking Spaces: 145 parking spaces
Bicycle Parking Spaces: 88 spaces
