The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 36-storey mixed-use building with 431 residential dwelling units (including 65 rental replacement units), 870 m2 of non-res GFA on the ground floor, and 101 car parking spaces and 388 bike parking spaces.
