The Official Plan Amendment application proposes to redesignate the subject site from Core Employment Areas to Mixed Use Areas to permit future mixed-use development. The application would also introduce a new Site and Area Specific Policy that mandates a minimum of 3,150 square metres of gross floor area dedicated to activities related to film, television, and digital media production.
