A Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted to permit a 18-storey mixed-use building consisting of 234 hotel suites, 170 square metres of ground floor retail space, 2 vehicular parking spaces and 2 bicycle parking spaces. The proposal includes the retention of the heritage property of the listed heritage property at 650 Bay Street.
