The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit 5 mixed use towers, ranging in height from 21 to 49 storeys with a total of 2,055 residential dwelling units, 151,655 square metres of non-residential GFA, 911 car and 1,603 bike parking spaces. The application includes an outdoor POPS (privately owned public space) within the site and a daycare within Building C.
