The application proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit two 48-storey mixed-use buildings with 1,197 residential dwelling units, 1,331 square metres of non-residential floor area comprised of retail space a new automobile dealership, 366 car and 1,071 bike parking spaces.

Community Amenities: The application includes an on-site parkland dedication, and mid-block connection between Dundas Street East and Mark Street.
