City Council has directed the Executive Director, Development Review to bring forward a City-initiated amendment to By-law 1089-2022 to amend the Section 37 provisions in the by-laws to provide the City with greater flexibility in the use, design, finishing and equipping of the future City facility secured through Section 37 provisions in the by-laws.
