The application proposes amendments to the site-specific zoning by-law for the Bloor-Kipling lands to permit a modified version of the approved mixed use building on Block 5 consisting of a 43-storey tower and a 28-storey tower with a common 5-storey podium and retail uses at grade. A total of 840 residential units are proposed, including 198 affordable units.
